Backfire Hurricane - Treason?
While we’re all being purposely distracted by the MSM and the Biden regime with saber rattling in Ukraine and the ever-changing Covid narrative, Special Counsel John Durham’s been dropping bombshells.
Special Counsel John Durham filed court documents on Friday, Feb. 11 that said he has evidence the Clinton campaign, through a convoluted web of contractors, attorneys, bureaucrats and others yet to be named/indicted, spied on Donald Trump during his campaign, as president-elect and as a sitting president. Seems treasonous, doesn’t it?
In the image above, Tech Executive 1 has been confirmed as Rodney L. Joffe, who at the time was the chief cybersecurity officer at Neustar Inc. (Internet Company 1), a Washington tech contractor which federal civil court records show was a longtime client of Michael Sussmann, who at the time was an attorney at Perkins Coie, a law firm that represented the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Clinton campaign. According to the Oct. 8, 2021 edition of the Federalist:
“Joffe tasked a group of computer contractors connected to the Georgia Institute of Technology with finding ‘anything’ in internet data that would link Trump to Russia and make Democratic ‘VIPs happy,’ according to an August 2016 email Joffe sent to the researchers. The next month, the group accused Trump of maintaining secret backchannel communications to the Kremlin through the email servers of Russia-based Alfa Bank. Those accusations were later determined to be false by the FBI, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the Justice Department inspector general and a Senate intelligence panel.”
Good to see at least one MSM reporter is keeping tabs on what may be the biggest scandal in U.S. history.
Sussmann took the information to the FBI. However, he did not disclose that he represented for the Clinton campaign and the DNC when asked. He was indicted on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 and is accused of lying to the FBI, but that lie was the catalyst for what was known as Crossfire Hurricane (the link to Wikipedia’s explanation of the operation is a great example of the coordinated smear campaign).
The indictment maintains that the Georgia Institute of Technology computer scientists knew the information they compiled was innocuous, but Joffe sent it to Sussman, who gave it to the FBI anyway, which sent agents on a wild goose chase. Sussmann, Joffe and Perkins Coie coordinated with representatives and agents of the DNC and Clinton campaign with regard to the data and written materials that Sussmann gave to the FBI and the media.
This New York Post graphic offers a good visual of how the conspiracy began.
If you’d prefer a video explanation of the Sussmann indictment, Sen. Chuck Grassley gives one below. Kash Patel, a former federal prosecutor, who in 2017 was the right hand man of House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, does a great job of explaining context in this video. If you want a broad overview, watch The Plot Against the President documentary.
Jake Sullivan, the current National Security Advisor, is thought to have been Clinton’s foreign policy advisor during her campaign. According to emails that Durham obtained, on Sept. 15, 2016 — just four days before Sussmann handed off the materials to the FBI — Marc Elias, Sussmann’s law partner and fellow Democratic Party operative, “exchanged emails with the Clinton campaign’s “foreign policy adviser” concerning the “Russian bank allegations,” as well as with other top campaign officials, the Sussman indictment states.
Sullivan was briefed on the development of the opposition-research materials — which tried to allege that a “secret” server of the Trump organization was communicating with Russia’s Alfa Bank.
On the same day that Sussmann was indicted, Inspector General Michael Horowitz released an OIG audit of the FBI. The report said that after evaluating their Woods Procedures and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant applications, changes were being made. Woods Procedures require the FBI to vet and support the facts it presents to a FISA court when it seeks a warrant to eavesdrop on a U.S. citizen. FISA allows surveillance on the subject as well two more layers. Trump adviser Carter Page, the target of their FISA surveillance, was their conduit into the Trump White House.
As an aside, it was Sussmann who hired his friends at CrowdStrike to “investigate” the DNC emails in 2016. CrowdStrike was already providing services to the Clinton campaign. Rather than examine the DNC servers for itself, the FBI relied on CrowdStrike's forensics as mediated by Sussmann. It’s the fox guarding the henhouse scenario. In December 2017 CrowdStrike CEO Shawn Henry testified before Congress that he worked for Sussmann.
As another aside, the reason Durham filed his most recent court document was to ask the court about a conflict of interest for Sussmann’s law firm, Latham & Watkins. It happens that the husband of RINO Liz Cheney, who absolutely abhors President Trump, is a partner at the firm.
The FBI and its Director, James Comey, knew the dossier was fake when it was submitted, yet he signed FISA warrants anyway. We also know FBI Agent Kevin Clinesmith pleaded guilty to altering a document related to the secret surveillance of Page during the Russia investigation. In an interview, Page told Clinesmith he was a CIA asset, but he altered Page’s 302 document, an official record of the conversation, to omit that important fact which would have negated any reason to surveil him. Clinesmith was given a very light sentence of one year of probation. You don’t suppose he gave up a few names to get a light sentence, do you?
On Nov. 3, 2021 Igor Danchenko was indicted, also for making false statements to the FBI. He is the Russian national who Christopher Steele, the author of the “Steele Dossier,” said was the primary source of most of the allegations that appear in his discredited fiction piece. But Danchenko is cracking. Is he about to flip?
Since July of 2016 all we’ve heard is “Russia, Russia, Russia” with regard to President Trump. Little by little, the story keeps unraveling, but the weight of the front page headlines are always much heavier than the page 12 stories that clear him of any wrong-doing; there are still people who believe an actual pee-pee tape exists. It doesn’t, although a deep fake video was released. By the way, no American soldiers were killed due to Russian bounties. That and so many other stories were all part of the smear game.
These indictments are just the tip of the iceberg. Right now Durham is investigating the small fry. He’ll cut deals with them in order to capture the bigger fish, including Strzok, Page, Lynch, Rice, Clapper, Brennan, Comey, McCabe and all the way to the top of the Obama administration, including the guy currently occupying the White House. The media was complicit, but even they’ll have to start widely reporting this information. They’re busy right now trying to conjure a war in Ukraine nobody wants at the behest of the White House. There are skeletons in that closet they’re trying to keep hidden. Will they be so low as to start a war? That’s another story, but suffice it to say that the information reported by the New York Post and was censored before the 2020 election about Hunter and the rest of the Bidens is proving to be true.
The former Director of National says more indictments are coming.
In a nutshell, what they’ve accused Trump of doing was pure projection. Durham will bring it all into the light, but it might take some time. By the way, he doesn’t answer to Attorney General Merrick Garland so he’s unable to stop or control the investigation.
There is no doubt people hate President Trump — on both sides of the aisle — as well as world leaders, NGOs, universities, Big Business, Big Pharma, central banks, World Economic Forum elite, Wall Street, the intelligence community, the military industrial complex, the media, bureaucrats and Big Tech, but not for the ad hominem reasons the general public thinks. They hate him because he threatens their gravy train along with their criminal, corrupt and evil activities. The swamp runs deeper than we can imagine.
Like these fact-checkers.
But guess what? He was right all along. He’s right about the 2020 election, too. As he often likes to say, “You’ll find out.”
And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire. - Matthew 3:10-12
