Stampede!
We must all band together and crush every last Russian like a bug. Ukraine is a country led by law-abiding, altruistic and caring people. Or are they?
Pardon me if I don’t join the stampede to trash everything Russia. I won’t pour out my Stolichnaya vodka, pitch my matryoshka nesting dolls, nor will I entertain the idea of joining the Ukrainian freedom fighters. Don’t get me wrong; I stand with the innocent people caught up in this war. There are millions on both sides. Unfortunately, the world’s leadership isn’t among them. This conflict could have been avoided, but egos, reputations and corruption are in the way.
The media, politicians on both sides of the aisle, businesses, pundits and western countries are acting in a way we’ve never seen before. It’s bizarre. Innocent Russian citizens can’t use Apple Pay to ride the subway? Russian athletes can’t participate in the Paralympics Games and World Cup? Congressman Eric Swalwell called for universities to kick “every Russian student out of the United States.” What do they have to do with it? People in Russia have been protesting the war.
Meanwhile, little is being reported about China, which has for years tortured and enslaved its Uyghur population and is posturing for an invasion of Taiwan. Will big box stores be told by governors to throw out 3/4 of their stock if they do?
Here’s the deal: we are being manipulated.
As an example, did you know the U.S. launched an air strike against Somalia on Feb. 22, a country with an entirely black population? Where are the media reports? Where is the outrage? Why isn’t everyone in Congress wearing a Somali flag lapel pin in solidarity?
In addition to not being given the news, much of what has been reported has been mendacious, sensationalized fear mongering. This article debunks several MSM stories.
Here is part of a Twitter thread that points out some of the manipulation. Read the entire thread by clicking on the image for more examples.
It is a psychological operation designed specifically to make us question the truth when it’s presented to us. The media, fact checkers and others, think we are stupid (some are) and won’t believe our own eyes and ears. The Gell-Mann Amnesia effect and the Asch Conformity Paradigm seem to be working well in this case.
Make no mistake, there are no good guys in this conflict. We can’t forget that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a former Communist Soviet KGB agent. We can’t ignore the fact he’s mobilised tens of thousands of Chechen fighters. However, here are some of the reasons Putin says he invaded along with historical events that contradict the west’s current reaction. We also can’t ignore the fact that Ukrainian forces have been targeting their own citizens for years.
For quite some time Putin has complained about neo Nazi’s in Ukraine. This article from 2016 not only admits they exist, but that the U.S. also provides training and equipment to the Azov Battalion. There have been several stories about Nazis in Ukraine, including this one, this one, this one, this one and this one. This article is from January. The contradictions and hypocrisy here are obvious, right?
These are photos of the neo Nazi Azov Battalion, a Ukrainian National Guard Unit, which is also backed by NATO.
Since I’m writing about NATO, another reason Putin invaded is because Ukraine has been talking about becoming a member. The threat of having nuclear weapons on your country’s border operated by a group you don’t trust is more than Putin was willing to risk. He’s been transparent about his opposition to Ukraine’s membership for decades, but spells it out in this 2016 article. If you recall, President Kennedy had issues with the possibility of nuclear weapons being 90 miles from the United States in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Doesn’t it seem reasonable for Russia to want to keep nukes from its doorstep, too?
Here are other reasons Putin may have invaded Ukraine that have either been subverted or suppressed:
Bio labs
The United States can’t perform gain of function lab experiments in the U.S., but it has been funding experiments in 11 labs in Ukraine. On the first day of the conflict, Putin targeted those labs. Despite the media’s efforts to fact-check it out of existence and the Department of Defense’s attempt to cover up the funding, there is still plenty of evidence to show it happened.
This Twitter thread implicates (with evidence) the U.S. government of many things, including the creation of Covid 19. Click on the image to read the thread.
How does it make you feel to know your own Department of Defense has been funding experiments that could lead to viruses that could cause a pandemic which could kill millions of people worldwide?
Oligarchs/money laundering
Ihor Kolomoisky is one of the most corrupt of many oligarchs in Ukraine. He bankrolls the neo Nazi group Azov Battalion and helps to fund the campaigns of politicians, including President Volodomyr Zelensky.
Kolomoisky was sanctioned by the U.S. government and not allowed to enter the states, until Hunter Biden was named to the board of directors of the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma. Shortly thereafter, those sanctions were lifted. This series of tweets is but a snippet of Kolomoisky’s corrupt endeavors. Guess who he ripped off? Both Ukrainian and U.S. taxpayers.
The Biden connection
There are a many articles and websites that outline the Biden connection to Ukraine. This one provides a timeline.
Perhaps you’ve seen this video of Joe Biden bragging about getting Viktor Shokin fired. Guess why he wanted him fired? Because he was investigating Burisma.
The Hegelian Dialectic
Does it seem illogical for the U.S. to keep importing Russian oil while stopping all domestic drilling, fracking and building pipelines domestically? Why are we sanctioning Russia in every other way except oil? How can our government be screeching about the sovereignty of Ukraine’s borders while allowing millions to pass through our southern border?
The world’s mainstream media, government heads, bureaucrats and non government organizations (NGOs) are truthful in one way — they are honestly telling you what they want you to believe. The question is why? At this point, it’s best to start by assuming the exact opposite of what they’re portraying and then seeing if the facts support that assumption. In the case of Ukraine and Russia, the lies and hypocrisy are glaring. The question remains why?
This Ukrainian member of parliament gives you a clue. It’s a subject that deserves its own article. Soon.
Jesus said, “In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: ‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.’ But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. For truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.” - Matthew 13: 14-17
